Orders & MOQs
What’s your minimum order quantity?
300 pcs per style per color, for both cut-and-sew and seamless. Sampling and launch test runs can be discussed case by case.
Can you handle both small and large volume orders?
Yes — from 300-pc test runs to 600,000 pcs per month at full capacity. Scheduling adapts to your order size.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are confirmed during quotation and order placement. For repeat customers or established partnerships, flexible arrangements including LC and net terms may be available.
Sampling & Development
How long does sampling take?
7 days from approved tech pack.
Are sampling fees refundable?
Sampling is charged at cost and typically credited against your first bulk order.
Can you develop from scratch without a tech pack?
Yes — that’s our ODM service. Describe the fit, fabric, and target customer, and we develop from our in-house pattern library. ODM projects can go from brief to bulk production in as little as one month.
Materials & Construction
What fabrics do you work with?
Most export orders use modal, cotton, bamboo, or nylon; functional options include waterproof, moisture-absorbing, sweat-wicking, and antibacterial fabrics. Our loungewear is mainly mulberry silk. Custom fabric development is available for sufficient volumes.
Do you offer both seamless and cut-and-sew?
Yes — both constructions under one roof. Seamless for performance and modern-fit lines; cut-and-sew for classic silhouettes and detailed trims.
Packaging & Shipping
Can you do custom packaging?
Yes — woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, printed boxes, and barcode stickers. Send your artwork and we quote packaging alongside the product.
What shipping terms do you support?
FOB Nansha or Shenzhen is standard. CIF and DDP available on request. Sea, air, and express all supported.
Can you ship directly to warehouses or fulfillment centers?
Yes — including Amazon FBA with FNSKU labeling and FBA-compliant cartons. We also ship to third-party warehouses and distribution centers worldwide.
Quality & Compliance
What certifications do you hold?
BSCI audit and SLCP verified assessment, renewed annually, plus a Higg FSLM self-assessment. We can also coordinate Sedex, WRAP, or other audits on request.
How do you handle quality control?
In-house QC at every stage: inbound fabric, sampling, inline production, and final AQL 2.5 inspection before carton closure. Reports are shared before shipment.
Can you share audit or compliance documents during onboarding?
Yes — BSCI audit and SLCP verified assessment documentation is available before you place your first order. We share full audit reports and compliance records as part of standard onboarding.
